PODAS Death Valley, USA November 2009
Phase One launched its first workshop in Death Valley on November 8th 2009, and it was a huge success on many levels. The concept of PODAS - Phase One Digital Artist Series is to provide a unique and all inclusive experience for photographers wanting to try out medium format digital capture.

Thanks to you and the Phase One team for a terrific week in Death Valley. I had a wonderful time and the experience exceeded my expectations. Having the opportunity to use the Phase One camera and Capture One software was an amazing experience for me. Interacting with the instructors and your colleagues from Phase One made the week even more special. The availability of the instructors and their willingness to share their knowledge was impressive and made the week even more memorable. Thanks for organizing PODAS and hopefully, I will be able to attend another workshop such as this in the future.

The Phase One team were just beyond fantastic. We all noticed how hard you all worked from early morning till very late at night and I think your dedication and energy was exceptional. I have personally been involved in a few of these types of events and understand how much effort and planning it takes to get things to run smoothly. Kevin, you did a great job and we are all very appreciative and by the way, the location, hotel and catering staff could not have been better.

Hope you've recovered from that incredible effort and wonderful job you did organizing and managing the PODAS workshop. I have to say, it was one of the most memorable photo events I've ever participated in, and though I'm a newbie with Medium Format, the learning experience was invaluable.
